Laughter Yoga! Coming Soon!
Laughter Yoga is a fun, new movement system sweeping the world! It was developed by an Indian medical doctor, Madan Kataria, in 1995. We cultivate childlike playfulness and joy while engaging in laughter. Anyone can laugh without jokes, humor, or comedy. By combining breathing exercises from yoga (Pranajama) with laughter movements we create a body-mind exercise. This initiates powerful positive changes in our bodies, minds, and emotions. The increased supply of oxygen to our cells are important factors in living a disease-free and energetic life. It started with 5 people in a park and has spread world-wide, resulting in more than 5,000 laughter clubs in over 55 countries.
